Welcome to the Underwood School PTO!
We are a group of volunteer Underwood parents committed to enriching our children’s education and building a connected and active community. We raise money throughout the school year through events and membership dues in order to provide funding for enrichment programs and school supplies that are not covered by the Newton Public Schools annual budget.
We are always looking to engage community members in whatever capacity they can offer. You’ll see periodic notices from the PTO Board and Committee Chairs throughout the year seeking help with things like fundraisers (Around the World, Online Auction, Carnival, etc.) and classroom volunteers (Understanding Our Differences, Creative Arts and Sciences, etc.).
